Located in Seattle’s Interbay and easily accessible to downtown Seattle, Salmon Bay Landing is a newly constructed commercial office building. The project is 200 feet from the banks of the Ballard Ship Canal, with views of the water, the Ballard Bridge, and the marina where luxurious super-yachts from 100 to 240 feet are moored. The spaces available feature floor-to-ceiling windows and long spans between columns to maximize the expansive views. Salmon Bay Landing captures a maritime quality with its floating form and ship inspired “smoke stack” penthouses.

Green Building of America: Building of America Award.
